Carrie recently performed at Myrtle Beach’s Carolina Country Music Fest, but her concert faced issues way beyond her own control. It was pouring down rain in Myrtle Beach during the show, and as seen in a video fromTMZ, theAmerican Idolwinner seemed to fall down while walking off-stage.

The video, taken by a concertgoer, started with Carrie saying goodbye to the crowd and taking a bow. She then turned away from the audience and started heading down some stairs below the stage. That’s when she all of a sudden disappeared. A couple of nearby fans could be heard yelling, “She fell!”

Carrie isn’t the only singer connected toAmerican Idolwho fell recentlywhile performing at a concert. Back in April, Luke Bryan held a concert in Vancouver, BC, during which he fell on stage. The video went viral, and it was even joked about during the next episode ofAmerican Idolseason 22. While initial reports indicated he tripped on a phone, the country music singer later said the stage was likely slick or there might have been some spilled water.

Regardless of the reason, it looked like Luke’s fall really hurt. As for Carrie,it’s unclear if the “Before He Cheats” singer injured herself during her fall. Presumably, hers was caused by the rain. While several other singers over the years have performed shows in the rain or through various other weather-related conditions, Taylor’s concert from 2023 was possibly the most viral one of them all. She brought herEras Tourto Massachusetts, where it proceeded to drench everyone in attendance. The concert lasted about 3.5 hours, but the fans in the audience didn’t let the rain stop them from enjoying the opportunity to see their favorite singer in person. Taylor also performed recently in France, where she experienced a similar deluge during a concert.

Fortunately, the rain wasn’t pouring down for the entirety of Carrie’s recent show in Myrtle Beach. Someone in her Instagram comments called out the singer for putting herself and the audience in danger, and reprimanded her for not rescheduling. However, as fans correctly pointed out, it didn’t start raining until the final song and the lightning didn’t start until sometime after the show ended, so it wouldn’t have made sense to cancel or reschedule.
