Andrew Tateis reportedly set to return to the ring, this time with Misfits Boxing, a company operated by British YouTuberKSI. The boxing match would take place before his criminal trial in 2026.
Prior to becoming a controversial influencer, Tate competed in a number of combat sports. While primarily focused on kickboxing, he also had a number of amateur MMA bouts, with one professional win under his belt.
Now, however, he’s reportedly eyeing the boxing ring. News comes by way ofAriel Helwani, the most credible combat sports journalist in the industry, who claims Tate is in “advanced talks” to fight before the end of the year.
These talks are reportedly with Misfits Boxing, a company co-founded and operated by KSI. The bout would seemingly take place at heavyweight, and an official announcement could be just days out.

Tate is reportedly set to enter the boxing ring before 2025 is through. Exactly where the event may be held, and who his opponent might be, all remain a mystery at the time of writing.
Official details could be publicized as soon as this weekend, according to Helwani’s sources, who suggested an announcement is possible during a Misfits Boxing event in Manchester, England, this Saturday.
Sidemen star KSI is the CEO of Misfits Boxing, the company reportedly in talks with Tate. The promotion prominently features influencers and internet celebs of all backgrounds, including the likes of KSI himself and Jake Paul.
Tate holds a kickboxing record of 76 wins, nine losses, and one draw. He’s never competed in a pure boxing contest. His last fight was in 2020.

This reported boxing match would take place amidst ongoing legal battles for the Tate brothers. Both were arrested in Romania in 2022 on charges that included human trafficking, money laundering, and intercourse with a minor.

Earlier this year, the pair were thencharged for a string of criminal offences in the United Kingdom, including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution for gain, relating to three women.
The Tate brothers initiallyspent a few months in a Romanian prisonbefore being released under house arrest. Since then, with legal proceedings ongoing, they’ve been granted permission to travel Europe and even return to the United States.
They flew to Florida, whereGovernor Ron DeSantis told them they were “not welcome.”
The UK trial is set to begin in June, 2026 and could take up to 60 days.
