Most of the levels are available through normal progression, butLevel 14 is a secret level you have to unlock. Multiple characters cannot be added to your roster until this Level is unlocked, making it an important step.
Level 14 can be unlocked when youcollect all 3 Moon Fragmentsand answer the"Refuse"option to the Doll’s request at the end of Chapter 13. One Moon Fragment is Gregory’s Arena, while another can be found during the Shadows of Yharnam and Matilda Sisters' boss fight. The final Fragment is located in the Micolash/Nicholas boss fight for you to collect in a break from the battle’s chaos.
