Marvel Movies Jordan Peele Would Be Perfect For

The Filmmaker Is Known For Directing Horror Movies

One of the hottest projects right now at Marvel Studios isTom Holland’sSpider-Man 4, which they are developing with Sony Pictures. With Jon Watts not returning to the director’s chair, Peele would be a great candidate to take over as they get ready to tell the next chapter in Peter Parker’s story. One of Peele’s strengths is handling complex characters, as well as intimate and grounded stories, which is seemingly whatSpider-Man 4is looking to be if rumors are true.

With Peele also being a director who handles big casts well, the MCU’sX-Menmoviereboot would be another perfect fit for him. As theX-Menfilm recently landed a screenwriter in Michael Lesslie, it wouldn’t be shocking if Marvel Studios is potentially eyeing Peele to board the project as its director, while also working with the scribe. Since there would likely be a large group of characters to lead theX-Menfilm, Peele could be the ideal director to helm the mutants' first MCU movie.

If an ensemble film is what Peele and Marvel Studios are discussing, there is also the possibility ofAvengers 5orAvengers: Secret Wars, if not both, for him. There is also the chance that Peele is meeting with Marvel Studios about a completely different and unannounced MCU film. Hopefully, more clarity on Peele’s potential involvement with theMCUwill happen sooner rather than later.
