It all starts with Chief Wiggum’s segment, in which he’s at Krusty Burger with Eddie and Lou discussing the similarities and differences between McDonald’s and Krusty Burger, reminiscent of the dinner inPulp Fictionand Vincent and Jules’ talk about the “royale with cheese” burger. It connects to Snake and Wiggum’s segment, where the former runs over the latter, and a chase leads them to Herman’s Military Antiques, whereHerman captures them at gunpoint and ties them to chairs. Milhouse and his father later arrive as the former needs to use the bathroom, whileHerman waits for “Zed”.

Luckily for Wiggum, Snake, and Kirk (Milhouse’s father), Milhouse accidentally hits Herman from behind with a spiked flail and leaves him unconscious, allowing everyone to escape. The original scene is a lot darker, as the pawnshop owner,Maynard, captures Butch and Marsellus to turn them into sex slaves, with Zed sexually assaulting Marsellus. Butch manages to escape, kill Maynard, and free Marsellus, who then shoots Zed.The Simpsonssuccessfully gave this scene a different spin that fit the show’s tone, but those who watchedPulp Fictionknow it could have gone worse.
